While on vacation we alternate who cooks dinner each night. Our friends Steve and Jess always make an awesome dinner of Beer Butt Chicken and cheesy potatoes. Anytime you shove a can of beer up the butt of a chicken is picture worthy.
Not only have I seen it, we love it so much that when we bought our Weber grill we found special trays designed just for that purpose - you can pour wine or beer into the reservoir, then stick the chicken over the top, then there's a little plug for the chicken's neck... shut the lid and an hour later it's AMAZING - better than the rotisserrie chicken from the grocery store!

never had it. The raw chicken makes me want to gag. I can't touch raw chicken let alone look at it whole :-/
