Shopping Woes of a Small Chested Woman

Tomorrow evening we fly out for Wisconsin for our good friend Paul's wedding. Since Matt is in the wedding I thought I should try to find a cute (okay sexy) little black dress. So this afternoon Chris and I (what a mother/son bonding experience, huh?) set out for the mall to find me a dress.

We covered every inch of the mall and found nothing but frustration. Well I was frustrated. Chris got some pretzels and an icee. I actually did find one dress I loved, and surprisingly it was at Ann Taylor's Loft. But sadly when you have size A breasts all you wind up with is extra fabric that could give Madonna a run for her money in pointy breasts. They sell pants for men in length and width... why not design dresses for cup and waist size? And no "pasties" still wouldn't have made the dress work, at least per the lovely sales lady who also asked me if I ever thought about a boob job.

I guess next time I need a little black dress I should venture out sooner than a day before I need the dress, huh?

I honestly can't say I understand. (About the not enough boobs for the dress that is) but if you do ever consider that boob job, I will give you some of mine.

I had that problem until I started gaining weight.... so just put a little meat on your bones, sister, and you'll be set :-)

Yeah, I was going to say, try being a DD at Victoria's Secret--they don't even carry my cup size. Talk about feeling discriminated against!

My sister has that same problem and has to have everything altered! Good Luck!

I can't say that I have that particular problem, the opposite actually...
But I cannot believe that the saleswoman even brought up the subject of a boob job! WOW!

So, what did you decide for the wedding?!?!
