Wordless Wednesday: Looking at the Past

My grandparents, Vivian and Bill McFarland, holding my mother in 1942. I used to think that I got my nose from my dad's side of the family. However looking at this picture makes me think I look more like my mother's side than I thought.

"Finding" yourself (or your child) in the face of a relative is exciting, isn't it. It is much easier to see similiarities when we see the younger version of our older relatives, isn't it.
