Princess for the Day

While back in Ohio over Christmas break my good friend Kate and I took her girls, Matty and Lydia, and my Samantha to the Princess Party at the local library. The girls had a blast being crowned princess for the day, wearing their own costumes (the only thing missing was diamond pendants), listening to princess stories, learning how to curtsy and of course making their own wands. Now if only I had remembered my costume I could have been princess for the day too.

Sami and Matty looking at books before the fun began.
Sami showing off her wand.
Lydia had to show off her wand too.
Sami practicing her curtsy.
Sami and Matty pose for the camera.
The "Big" Princess sprinkling magic dust on Sami's wand.
