Wanted: Good Music

My wonderful husband got me an ipod touch for Christmas to replace my old ipod classic. One of my New Year's resolutions is to make sure I consistently hit the gym. So tonight I sat down to create a playlist just to use at the gym. I find good music helps pass the time and motivates me while I am either doing cardio or working in the weight room.

I have a mix of music on my "workout playlist" right now. Some classic rock, some rap, some Top 40 and even some country. What is on your playlist? What songs do you find motivate you? Pass along any suggestions. I'd love to hear them.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog this morning. I enjoyed visiting yours...

I was surprised to find someone as off the charts with their music selection as myself.

So, no Gin Blossoms?

'Hey Jealousy' is a pretty good song!

I have a whole list somewhere. I'll have to go look but one song that really gets me moving (and don't laugh) is Speak by Lindsay Lohan.
