Morning at the Park

There are so many awesome parks near us. Really, Wake County has done a wonderful job with their park system. So far we have been to three of the many, and we haven't been to one we don't like yet.

Yesterday we went to Crowder Park. Sam was excited because I told her she could not only play on the playground, but we would walk to the pond and feed the ducks and the turtles. Sam just loves playgrounds.



After we played for a while we walked to the pond where Sam got to feed the ducks, turtles and the fish. One little fact that we learned was the turtles are prejudice on what they eat. We had wheat bread and the little girl next to us had white and the turtles refused to eat the wheat bread. Obviously they don't listen to eatting recommendations.



Sam even had a new friend that she played with. I guess the little girl (Lily) sharing her white bread so the turtles would eat from Sam made Sam happy.
