Saturday afternoon Matt and I went to the driving range and hit a bucket of balls and then went to lunch at a cute little Greek restaurant. Amazingly, I was pretty good. I just need to work on chipping onto the green and putting. After that we went to a Halloween party for playgroup. It was a chance for all of the husbands to meet each other, for us ladies to chat and the kids to play. Surprisingly Matt said he had a decent time.
Sunday we went to church and then Chris had a birthday party at the Science Museum. While he was partying, the rest of us went through the museum. It is a very cool museum, and even better it is FREE!
After the party we went for a walk around the capital building. It really is a beautiful area. I just love this picture of the kids.
I wish every weekend could be as good as this one.
