Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen Things I Love About Being a Mom

  1. Endless hugs and kisses.
  2. No matter how bad life may seem, they can always bring a smile to my face.
  3. Hearing my kids say "I Love you mommy".
  4. Knowing that I am their hero.
  5. Sharing my favorite childhood books and passing on to them my love of reading.
  6. Having an excuse to watch cartoons and kid shows.
  7. Happy meals.
  8. Snuggling with the kids.
  9. Watching them interact with other kids. Sounds silly but you can really learn alot about a child watching them with others.
  10. Baking cookies with the kids.
  11. Watching them grow older and seeing the person they have each become.
  12. I can sing at the top of my lungs in the car and they never think I am goofy.
  13. They are my reason to go on. The reason I am here today. I know that God put me in this world to be a mom.Link

I don't have any kids and I don't want any because I'm still a kid myself but what a great list.

I agree with Sparky Duck - you *never* need an excuse for watching cartoons. :)

Happy TT!
