Today marks the 12 year anniversary of the Oklahoma City Bombing. I remember watching the coverage with my college roommates and being in shock. It was my first real look at hatred and being old enough to understand what was going on.
So today, as we still try to understand what happened in Virginia only 3 days ago, please take a moment to remember the 168 people who were killed and the 800 that were injured in Oklahoma only 12 short years ago.

Wow 12 yrs. I can remember it like yesterday but yet it seems for ever ago if you think of all the tragedies we have went through since.
My heart and prayers go out to the families.
I cannot believe it has been 12 years. Why does it seem that time flies so fast anymore? What a sad day in American History!
